Géography

The Verbena is native to the Andes of America. If you rub them in the palm of your hands, they exhale a delicate lemony scent, hence its name lemon verbena or lemon verbena.

History

Historically, the Verbena is considered a divine flower that was used in sacred ceremonies in Greeks and Romans times.

The Verbena has sedative properties which act on the nervous system, and would help to find better sleep.

Highly flammable liquid and vapour. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. If on skin: wash with plenty of water and soap. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with national regulations.
