Whether by air diffusion, massage or in the bath, essential oils should be selected depending on the need, for a targeted, effective, in-depth action. Advise for use:Local use (massage & bath): dilute 5 to 10% essential oil in a vegetable oil or bath oil.Air-diffusion: use in pure form in an electric diffuser, a perfume burner or light bulb ring.
